The hotel faced several disappointments during my stay. I encountered a persistent sewage smell that made the atmosphere rather unpleasant, and the bathroom amenities were lacking, with only a basic, weak wall-mounted hairdryer provided. Furthermore, I was surprised not to see a functioning thermostat. the temperature in our room was uncomfortably warm, making it difficult to relax after long days of exploration.

i had a great stay at dormero hotel. it’s a very clean, modern place close to major attractions and the metro. the breakfasts were fantastic, but the standout was the excellent staff, they were genuinely there to help and made my experience even better.

However, the breakfast service left a lot to be desired, with tables not being cleared and a feeling of being understaffed during peak times.
